Description : The Schecter Solo Special takes you to a time when all you needed was a slab of mahogany and some hot pickups to get your ya-yas out. This vintage vibe instrument is the perfect rock machine for the garage rockers, the heartbreakers, the old school punks, and everyone in between. This set rosewood neck guitar has 22 medium frets, 24.75 scale, and a Tone Pros bridge for superior resonance and tone. Ultra Access lets you bend up all the way on these 22 frets. The Schecter Solo Special is a real rock n roll hotrod, and delivers some snarling tone with its Duncan Designed HB102b pickup, which is modeled after Duncans JB pickup. The neck pickup, the Duncan Designed P-100n is a noiseless P90 style pickup, for some real vintage growl. There is also a coil split option for a real array of tones. Go from some growling and snarling 70s rock crunch to single coil spank with just the flip of a switch. This is a look and sound that screams vintage! The Schecter Solo Special is available in fantastic colors including TV Yellow (sweet!), See Thru Cherry, and 2 Tone Sunburst.
