This is a short demo showing one use of using a nintendo ds as a midi controller, Im using the DS to control two pitch shifters within Guitar Rig 2, each pitch shifter is set to two octaves up. The program running on the ds is called kaossds and can be got from http://dsmidiwifi.tobw.net/ .Basically the DS sends midi signals using its wifi to a wifi enabled pc which is then recieved by the ds midi server. Midi loop software is required to then send it to applications such as Guitar Rig, Cubase etc.

This is a short demo showing one use for a nitnendo ds running a homebrew wifi midi controller. The homebrew functions as a kaoss pad and allows me to control any variable I want. In this demo I am controlling an audio filter using the nintendo ds. Each Axis on the ds (x-y) is controlling a different variable within the audio filters options. My setup is: Fender Strat-Line In-Ableton Live-Guitar Rig VST-Audio Filter-Out.
