A short example of how to set-up an external midi controller, an Axiom 49, and a external synth, a JoMoX MBase 01. Setting up these devices is really easy and straightforward. On the MBase, the receiving channel is 16 and on the Axiom 49 the midi out is enabled. This routes all incomming midi straight to the midi out port of the Axiom. I made these on my laptop, that 's why they're a bit shaky.

Continuing where we left of in the last tutorial it's time to add some bass to the Prodigy-style beat. I'll be adding three different instances of Mojito to get a fat sound. After which they are glued together in a bus channel with sidechained compression, an EQ to create some room in the mids and a little distortion to add some dirt. The levels may not yet be ideal, but I'll get to that in a later stadium. If you've got questions about this, or other tutorials, just post a comment and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

In this tutorial I'll show you how to easily create a wobble bass using Studio One's Mojito synthesizer and a little automation. After that it's basically some random experimenting with different effects on the instrument channel and a separate FX channel to get some variation.
