Ohm Studio is a real-time collaborative music workstation (...) When the Ohm Studio was created, the rule book was put aside and now thanks to its modular structure all virtual instruments and plug-ins are no longer attached to just one specific track. Unlike most DAWs, in which devices and audio channels are intrinsically linked and displayed as such, in the Ohm Studio each plug-in is soft-routed to its patterns, which can then be freely placed on any track. On a same track you can have patterns sending notes to different synths and even put MIDI patterns side by side with audio ones.

Ohm Studio is a real-time collaborative music workstation (...) You're not limited anymore to seeing one piano roll at a time. Now it's possible to scroll vertically or horizontally within all patterns' piano rolls, displaying several at a time if needed. You can rely on snapped-to-the-grid automation drawing, where automation lines are overlaid onto the piano roll grid. You can see or edit automation data and MIDI notes simultaneously, even across different patterns. Did we already mention that you can flip the whole Sequencing Panel sideways and see the piano notes horizontally -- as anybody who plays the piano would expect to look at them?

Ohm Studio is a real-time collaborative music workstation (...) Automation became a fundamental part of the composition process, so it should be easy to set up and allow an inspirational workflow. Have you recorded automation for a specific sound and would want to add or test only a few variations here and there? Now there is no need for tedious pattern editing or splitting with the Ohm Studio you can overlay as many automation patterns as you like.
